Kuwait Army ranked 78th globally and 13th in the Arab region in the 2023 Global Firepower Index, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The index evaluates the military strength of countries, with Kuwait ranking seven notches lower this year compared to the previous year. On the budget allocated for defense, Kuwait ranked 27th in the world and fifth in the Arab region with a budget of $8.172 billion.
