Chaos back on Kuwait roads.

The suffocating traffic congestion returned to various parts of the country on Sunday; as more than 550,000 students thronged to their schools at the beginning of the second semester of the current academic year, reports Al- Anba daily. About 500,000 of these students are in the general education stages; while more than 42,000 are enrolled at Kuwait University and other academic institutions.

A large number of road users expressed disappointment over the traffic jam, as they were late for their appointments. Once again, this raises the question about the possibility of implementing flexible school hours; such that classes in the general education stages do not start at the same time.
