Expats celebrate Eid with joy in Kuwait with moderation

 

Expat community in Kuwait performed EID Al Adha prayers at 14 designated open areas in Kuwait with social distancing means. Kuwait authorities had arranged open grounds to perform EID prayer which took place during morning hours at 5:30 AM. several Indian community joined these gathering with care by wearing mask and gloves and keeping 2 meter distancing rules while praying. 

However, Few expatriates decided to stay home and performed EID prayers at home with family members. Eid Al Adha is one of the second biggest celebrations for Muslims all over the world.

It’s a major Islamic holiday that commemorates Abraham & the sacrifice of his son. Once again the Muslim community Of Kuwait will not be able to have large gatherings because of COVID-19.
