The Directorate General Of Civil Aviation stated through its twitter handle that all airlines should strictly implement the concern measures, those who violate will face financial penalties and legal action
All passengers arriving to Kuwait should carry a PCR certificate proving that they are not affected with corona virus (COVID-19), the validity of the certificate should not exceed 96 hrs from the test date and the certificate should be in English language issued by one of the approved laboratories in the state of Kuwait
