The Ministry of Health has warned violating the ministerial decision regarding the obligation to wear face mask or covering the nose and mouth by any other means, the violator is subject to a penalty of imprisonment for a period not exceeding 3 months and a fine not exceeding 5,000 dinars or one of these two penalties, in implementation of the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 17 Amended by Article 1 of Law No. 4 of 2020.
