The Ministry of the Interior has emphasized the importance of scheduling an appointment for biometric fingerprinting. Visitors are required to use the Matta platform or the Ministry’s website to book their appointments, as the Ministry will not be able to accommodate anyone without a prior arrangement.
However, it is important to highlight that individuals are still permitted to leave without undergoing the fingerprinting process.
Steps to enroll for an appointment

- Login into your account or register
- Click on Appointments Search from Menu
- Click on Ministry of Interior Service Categories button
- Choose General Department Of Personnel Identification
- Choose the last option Biometric Enrollment click on the button Apply
