Leadership is a quality where vision can be transformed into reality!!!
ICSK nurtures and gives numerous opportunities and platforms to its students to bring out the leadership potentials in them. The Prefectorial Council of the School conscientiously conducts the SENATE elections each year giving the students a platform to recognize and develop the ingrained leadership qualities in them. This year, we were honoured to have H. E. Mr. Sibi George, Indian Ambassador to Kuwait as the Chief Guest who virtually inaugurated the Investiture Ceremony and addressed the gathering with an inspiring and motivational speech.
Students who wish to stand for the elections under various heads and categories go through a transparent process – from submissions of nominations to being personally interviewed by the selection committee consisting of eminent members of the school administration followed by the selected candidates canvasing for themselves and lastly a fair voting system is initiated, where students cast their vote through and online system to maintain transparency. The elected candidates are then sworn in during the Investiture Ceremony. This year the entire process was conducted via online mode.
This year’s virtual Investiture Ceremony was held on 23rdMay, 2021.
