The Kuwait Ministry of Health announced registration of 521 new cases of Corona virus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases registered in the country to 99,049 cases, while 1 death was recorded bringing the total number of deaths registered to date is 581.
Infections as per health regions, 131 cases in Al-Ahmadi health district, 114 cases in Farwaniya, 111 cases in the capital, 96 cases in Hawalli, and 69 cases in Al-Jahra.
The number of people receiving medical care in the intensive care departments reached 96 cases, bringing the total number of all cases that were confirmed to have (Covid-19) and are still receiving the necessary medical care 8970 cases.
The number of swabs that were taken in the past 24 hours reached 3545, bringing the total to 705029 tests.
Earlier today, the Kuwait Ministry of Health announced the recovery of 722 infected in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries from (Covid-19) to 89,498 cases.
