The Cabinet decided to extend the first stage of the return to normalcy plan.
The Council of Ministers announced that the isolation of Hawally and Khaitan would be lifted and that the ban would be modified from 7pm to 5 am starting from Sunday.
The Minister of Health Dr. Basel Al Sabbah said that it was observed that there was increase the number of Kuwaiti nationals being infected including some who had not left their home.
