The Kuwait Ministry of Health announced 942 new coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 13,802, while 11 deaths were reported as well, bringing the fatalities’ toll up to 107.
In the daily press briefing, Health Ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 169 patients were in intensive care.
All new cases of coronavirus infection are related to contact and are under investigation – 208 cases for Kuwaitis, 251 Indians, 152 Egyptians and 124 Bangladeshis, and the rest of cases are of other nationalities
Health areas: Farwaniya 331, Ahmadi 239, Hawally 155, Jahra 129, and Capital 88
Residential areas : In Farwaniya 112, Jleeb 79, 53 in Mahboula and 46 in Fahaheel
Moreover, the Ministry announced the recovery of 203 patients, bringing the total to 3,843 recoveries.
