Some classrooms empty on 1st day of fasting in Kuwait.

The holy month of Ramadan began quietly, Thursday morning, and some schools reported an unexpectedly large absence of students in the primary and intermediate stages, and limited commitment at the secondary stage level, reports Al-Rai daily.
