Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Thursday credentials of the newly appointed Philippine Ambassador to Kuwait, H.E. Jose Almodovar Cabrera III. Sheikh Salem expressed best wishes and success to the new ambassador and thrive to bilateral relations between the two countries.
