The Embassy of India in Kuwait has been receiving queries from Indians stranded in India on the status of their COVID-19 vaccination certificates registered on the official portal of Kuwait’s Ministry of Health, says a press release issued by the embassy. In this regard, the Embassy informs all Indians that all issues related to return to Kuwait have been taken up with the concerned authorities in Kuwait through continuous follow-up.
On this subject, the following information has been conveyed by the Kuwaiti authorities — validation process of all the vaccination details and certificates uploaded by expatriates, including Indians is currently underway; all applicants whose registrations have been rejected will be formally informed by the Kuwaiti authorities via e-mail giving reasons for the rejection; if there is an error in the applications they will also receive formal communication describing the error.
Meanwhile, the applicants who have not received any communication are advised to continue to wait for the processing to be completed. The embassy will take up the cases of Indians who are facing specific exigencies and thereby need their registrations to be processed on an urgent basis.
In this case, such people may write to the Embassy indicating his/her full name and all other personal particulars justifying the urgency/special exigency, by email, to info. email@example.com. An endorsement of the same should be issued by the sponsor/employer of the concerned Indian national.
The applicant must submit copies of the following documents as an attachment to the aforementioned letter addressed to the embassy – passport, Civil ID, employment contract (if available), proof/screenshot of completed registration on the portal of Ministry of Health, Kuwait, proof/screenshot of completed registration on all other platforms and applications of State of Kuwait, including Immune/Kuwait Mobile ID, Shlonik, and Kuwait Mosafer and final vaccination certificate. The e-mails received with incomplete, inaccurate information or missing documentary proof cannot be processed. All the information must be sent only to the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, and not repeated in other email addresses of the embassy. All other queries on this subject may also be sent only to the same email ID.
