Law will be applied equally to eradicate visa trading

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh reiterated his continued efforts by the government to eradicate the “infectious disease” called “visa trading” stating that “the law will be applied to everyone without exception.”

Al-Saleh said ” The has been continuous follow-up to the file of violators and we are working to review legislation and toughen penalties for those who deal in visa trading and those who cooperate with them.”

He further stated that “The evacuation trips for the residence violators from the accommodation centers are nearing completion,” thanks to the ministers and to all those who put in their efforts day and night to facilitate their departure from the country, including employees of state agencies and volunteers.

In a related context, the criminal court booked the first cases of “trafficking in human beings” during the period of the “Corona pandemic”, in which a Kuwaiti citizen and 3 Egyptian expatriates were accused, on July 13 session court will pronounce the judgement.
