The Kuwait Ministry of Health announced 1,041 new coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 18,609, while 5 deaths were reported as well bringing the fatalities’ toll up to 129.
In the daily press briefing, Health Ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 181 patients were in intensive care.
New cases which came in contact are under investigation from these, 325 are Indians, 211 are Kuwaitis, 177 are Egyptians and 139 are Bangladeshis
Health areas: 383 Farwaniya, 275 Al Ahmadi, 173 Hawally, 107 Capital, 103 Jahra most new cases did not show symptoms
Residential areas: Farwaniya 116, Khaitan 91 , Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh 91 and Mahboula 79
Earlier Ministry of Health reported that 320 infected persons were recovered bringing the total to 5,205.
