The validatory meeting (termed as "Ecclesia 2013")
The validatory meeting (termed as "Ecclesia 2013") of the year long Golden
Jubilee celebrations of forming of Malankara Marthoma Sysrian Church
parish in Kuwait will take place on Friday May 31st at NECK. Ecclesia 13
will start with Holy Communion service at 6.30 A.M followed by public
meeting. Rt. Rev. Dr.Philipose Mar Chrisostom Valiya Metropolitan,the most
Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Marthoma Metropolitan, Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Mar Barnabas
Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa, Rev. Immanuel
Gareeb and other distiguished guests are expected to attend Holy Communion
and public meeting. Ecclesia 13 will honour Rt. Rev. Dr. Philipose Mar
Chrisostom Valiya Metropolitan who has completed 60 years of episcopal
consecration and the longest serving Bishop alive in world today at the
age of 95.
To mark the Jubilee year memorable a blood bank facility is
being condributed to Kattanam Mission Hospital in Kerala to cater the
Dialysis Center donated by esteemed Marafie Foundation of Kuwait. It is
also decided to start in Kuwait a fulfledged Counciling Center named as
Mar Chrisostom Counciling Center marking the diamond jubilee of his
ordination.
For the successful conduction of the Golden Jubilee Valedictory Function
(Ecclesia '13) an 111 member committee is formed under the partronage of
Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Marthoma Metropolitan,and Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar
Paulos Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Thomas Mar Theethos Episcoa as joint patrons.
Other functionaries are chairman Rev. Chacko Thomas, vice chairmen Rev. K.
A. Varghese, Rev. C.V.Symon and Lalu Varghese, general convenor Roy
Varghese, joint convenor G.K. Thomas, central coordinator Jacob George,
advisory board members K. G. Abraham, M.K. Pothen, Rajan Daniel, Aby Varicad and Thomas Kuruvila.
Mr. Jacob Cherian, Adv. Kuruvila Varghese, George Koickaleth, Mathew Eapen, Nebu Alex, Varghese Joseph, Santhosh M. Varghese, Jacob T, Varghese, P.T. Cherian, Abraham Mathew and Christie Thomas are acting as convenors of various sub-committees.

M.A. Productions Konkani Drama
M.A. Production is all set to present a Konkani Drama (Tiatr) “MOJE DHUVENCHEM KAZAR” to be staged on 30 August 2013 with an emotionally charged storyline, humour and music, written by M.Dias and directed by Sylvester Vaz & M.Dias to be held at Kuwait Medical Association Auditorium (near Blood Bank), Jabriya. Popular actors and singers will be flown from India including Seby de Divar – Goa’s singing sensation, John D’Silva – Goa's best known comedian and character artiste, Yvonne - new sensation in comedy, Fr.
