His name is Danniel, and he lives on a farm in the wonderfully-named  town of Eureka in California, owned by one Ken Farley.

Mr Farley believes Danniel could be the tallest cow in the world, and is having him measured in the hope of official verification from Guinness World records.

The Holstein steer is a whopping 6 foot 4 inches high, and weighs in at 2300 pounds.

Each day Mr Farley keeps Danniel fed with 100 pounds of hay and 15 pounds of grain. In each 24 hours he guzzles 100 gallons of water, and produces 150 pounds of cow pats.
